Our CorePath for Program Management Methodology is built upon an iterative approach, providing the ability to review and revisit solution components as they are available for feedback, review, and revision. CorePath for Program Management relies upon a tightly integrated team with multiple levels of accountability. Our methodology lays out the multiple levels of program management, starting at the program/strategic level and cascading down to the project or tactical stages. We recognize the Project Management Office as the critical interface among Executive Management and Program Stakeholders, the Program Governance Board and the multiple project teams.

  • Analyze System Requirements to Ensure They Reflect Business Needs and are Accurate, Complete, Traceable and Testable
  • Verify the Correct Software Development, Configuration Management and Support Processes are in Place
  • Verify the Solution Design will Satisfy the Requirements Levied Against them
  • Ensure the Test Plans, Test Environments and Test Cases are Traceable and Sufficient to Verify and Validate Software and Operational Requirements
  • Conduct Milestone and Deliverable Review
