Contracts may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state. This contract is for services ONLY. No hardware or software products may be sold through a DBITS contract. Resellers are not available for this DBITS contract.

Pricing
Pricing for services under this Contract will be directly negotiated by Customer and CoreSphere, LLC. and shall be set forth in the applicable Statement of Work. Pricing shall include the DIR Administrative Fee.
Warranty
CoreSphere guarantees our implementations and products are of high quality. Post production we provide 90 days of warranty period to ensure no defects exists. Many of our customers choose CoreSphere for to full Maintenance and Operations services. We will work with each customer to determine the best support strategy post production.
