Life at CORESPHERE
At CoreSphere, we believe diversity drives innovation, so we’re building a culture where inclusion is valued. We strive to create diverse workplaces that reflect the communities we serve and everyone feels empowered to bring their full, authentic selves to work. We cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful work culture that respects all contributors.
At CoreSphere, community takes top priority: where we live (families), who we serve (clients), and where we work (our team). We pride ourselves on ensuring that employees are able to give their very best in all environments.
Employees are invited to be their “authentic selves” as we collaborate, with each person's individuality being celebrated and valued. Each individual is valued for their skill set, perspective, and insight and encouraged to grow as a part of a team and also as an individual.
CoreSphere prioritizes its employees and their personal career growth by investing in continuing education, certification, and recognition. We also invest in our community both locally and nationally with our time, expertise and monies through service opportunities and donations.
One of the key core values of CoreSphere is integrity: doing what we say and saying what we mean. We work hand-in-hand with our clients to deliver excellence in every project we undertake as an organization and consistently push ourselves to continue to innovate.
Luke's Wings Foundation
CoreSphere is a proud supporter of Luke's Wings Foundation which was founded in 2008 after learning that the government does not always provide flights for family or loved ones to be bedside after a service member is injured. This is where Luke’s Wings steps in to fill the gap for the months and years ahead.
Families are completely on their own to travel back and forth between their everyday lives and their new reality. Luke’s Wings provides complimentary airfare to wounded, ill, and injured service members, veterans and their loved ones keeping military families connected during recovery and rehabilitation. These flights bring mental, physical, emotional, and financial support, empowering wounded service members to overcome challenges they face every step of the way.
National center for missing and exploited children
CoreSphere is committed to investing in our children's future and our local community. We are a proud partner of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
As the nation's nonprofit clearinghouse and comprehensive reporting center for all issues related to the prevention of and recovery from child victimization, NCMEC leads the fight against abduction, abuse, and exploitation - because every child deserves a safe childhood.
CoreSphere has committed to join Pledge 1%, an effort spearheaded by Salesforce, Atlassian, Rally for Impact, and Tides to accelerate integrating philanthropy into businesses around the world. Our commitment means pledging 1% of our company's equity, product, and employee time to our community.
