CoreSphere led the planning, execution, deployment and support of the ServiceNow ITSM Enterprise Service Desk (ESD), integration with ADFS/SSO and CoPA’s enterprise CMDB for CenturyLink in support of its state-wide contract for Enterprise Network Support Services (CENSS).
Successfully implemented ServiceNow ITSM: Incident, Request, Problem, Knowledge, Service Portal and Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Successfully integrated ServiceNow into CoPA online services using Portal and successfully integrated ServiceNow with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
Created an interface to synchronize CoPA’s CMDB with the CENSS ESD’s CMDB
Used ServiceNow ITBM – Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Suite including Agile application to manage requirements elicited during workshops and manage scrums using dashboards
